WIPEE can be used in industrial kitchen environments, but only on non-food-contact areas.

Recommended Use:

  • Stainless steel outer casings of appliances
  • Exhaust canopy exteriorsurfaces, slicers, grills, cutting boards, etc.
  • Floor edges (spot cleaning)
  • Undersides of prep tables (non-food areas)
  • Storage racks (non-food contact)
  • Walls (non-painted or solid painted)
  • Utility areas (where raw chemicals are already stored)

Not recommended:

  • Not for direct food-contact surfaces.
  • Not for plates, pots, pans, cooking surfaces, slicers, grills, cutting boards, etc.
